Happy 2012!!

New Year, new attitude??? Want to make some changes???

There will be a few changes to Laid Back Yoga in 2012..........Tuesday evenings will continue as before at 7.30pm in Upperthong Village Hall. This is a drop-in session with no need to book. Just turn up and join in.  Tuesday afternoons at 1.30, Wednesday afternoons at 1.30 and Thursday evenings at 7.30 will be held at 41 Greenfield Road in my lounge.  Because there is limited space (only 4 spaces) I will be block-booking these sessions half a term at a time and spaces need to be booked. Just let me know by phone or email if you wish to book any of these sessions.

All sessions from January will be £6 (multiplied by the number of sessions in the half term for the bookable sessions).

Welcome Back

The new term is now under-way and it quickly feels like we've never been away.

 If you are new to Laid Back Yoga and would like more information, please email me and I will try to answer your questions. My email address is: Laidbackyoga@gmail.com

New members to the sessions are always welcome no matter how long ago it is since you last did any physical exercise. Yoga is far more to do with a state of mind than a state of body! Just come along to one of the sessions. I hope you find them relaxing. Tuesday sessions begin at 7.30pm and Wednesday sessions begin at 1.30pm. Both sessions take place at Upperthong Village Hall.

I have some very good quality mats for sale if you want to buy your own mat. They will be £18 each. There will also be some mat carry bags for sale. They will be £5 each. If you do not want to buy your own mat, I will continue to provide mats for anyone who comes along to the sessions.

Make time for yourself and give Laid Back Yoga a try.

Autumn 2011

After a well-earned summer break, Laid Back Yoga is returning on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Tuesday sessions will be from 7.30pm until 9pm. The first session will be on 6th September.
Wednesday sessions will now be starting at 1.30pm until 3pm. The first session will be on 7th September.

As always, the required equipment can be provided for you. However, there will also be some mats available for you to purchase from me if you would like to have your own mat.

New Dates for June

Laid Back Yoga is now established in Upperthong.  I hope that if you have been to one of the sessions at the Village Hall you enjoyed it.  If there is anything in particular you are interested in, any questions you have about any aspect of yoga, or any particular postures you want to try, let me know. Since most of the group are beginers we are working on postures that we need in order to complete a Sun Salutation sequence.
The dates for  June  are Tuesdays at 7.30 pm - 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th.
                                Wednesdays at 9.30 am - 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th


Please note that the time on Wednesday has changed and we now start at 9. 30 am.

Welcome to Laid Back Yoga

Laid Back Yoga is coming to Upperthong in May.
Initially, I will be teaching lessons on Tuesday evenings and on Wednesday mornings at the village hall.
Dates and times are : 
Tuesday 3rd, 17th and 24th May, 7.30 - 9pm .
Wednesday 11th, 18th and 25th of May from 10.30am - 12pm. 
I will post future dates and times towards the end of May.
There is space for a maximum of 16 participants. Please get in touch with me if you would like a place and let me know if you need me to provide a mat.
